# QuantumSafe Benchmark Publication Method

Status: public methodology; results are released only with an exact environment manifest.

## Required environment fields
- Hardware, CPU and memory
- Token/HSM model and firmware
- Operating system and build
- Provider/library and version
- Algorithm and parameter set
- Object/profile and input size

## Required measurements
- Warm-up count and sample count
- P50, P95 and P99 latency
- Throughput where meaningful
- Key, signature, ciphertext, certificate and container size
- CPU and memory consumption
- Raw output and calculation method

## Publication rule
Never extrapolate a result beyond the recorded environment, parameter set or operation. State known limitations and compare classical, hybrid and PQC only under equivalent conditions.
